The first step is to understand the problem our customer is trying to solve. Big C starts off the conversation by asking the prospect questions about their reasons for purchasing a system or any product (New facility? Replace old system? Add to the current system?) And what they currently have in place. Understand & discusses the features of the current system that are used or what they wish to have. We also asks about your budget for the implementation, so we can proposes a solution that your company can afford.
Once we understand the prospects needs and financial means, we will evaluate the various products to offer and develop a customized solution for your company that meets both your needs and budget. We take the information provided in the initial meeting and compares it to the various systems that is available, and selects one that would best meet your needs. Then we put together as an information package and quote for this system, along with a customized checklist comparing your ‘wish list’ to the proposed hardware or solution.
The customized solution is now shared with your company, generally in a sit-down meeting where the solution is presented and all your questions can be addressed. The solution may be modified with your input prior to finalizing. We may meet your company representative again and walks them through the proposal we have developed & revised the proposal to reflect a few modifications that came out of the meeting.
Once the terms are agreed on, a purchase agreement, or contract or a Purchased order, is signed to finalize the agreement. Once the signed document is received, the sale is complete and the implementation process will begin.
